FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Our made to order dresses range from €2,200-€5000, with most falling in the €2800-€3200 price bracket. We ask you to check out our designer collections and their price guidelines.
We would recommend you begin your dress search 12 months in advance of your wedding. Most of our designers have a 6 month lead time, as is the norm with most boutiques… so please allow yourself the comfort of a few months grace. Your alterations usually take 2 months, so we always recommend ordering your dress at least 9 months out from your wedding. If you are a last min bride do not stress- we can make yours a super rush order!
This is when the fun starts! You and your support crew join us for an intimate hour long fitting. We invite you to browse our carefully curated collection of international designer collections and pick out any favourites. Your crew then get to sit back and admire you while you try on your selection of favourite dresses. We ask you to kindly adhere to our very strict no fake-tan policy. We please ask you to be very punctual, as some days can be very busy and we would not like to cut into your fitting time.
We want you to be comfortable during your intimate fitting appointment. We ask you to keep your style advisors to a maximum of 3 people. Please note, while we love children they are not invited to your appointment.
It is a good idea to bring some nude seamless underwear, If you usually wear body contouring underwear please feel free to bring it along. We kindly ask you to skip any fake tan sessions prior to their fitting, as much as we love a golden glow ourselves, we pride ourselves on having immaculate dresses for you and the brides after you to try on. We appreciate your understanding.
The majority of our samples are a size 12. Most of our made to order dresses range from a size 6-24.
You are very welcome to shop for your bridal accessories at the White & Gold… we have a huge selection! Accessory appointments can be booked through the booking calendar.
This is absolutely no problem. If you need to cancel your appointment please contact us, when possible, at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment. We can only accommodate a small number of appointments a day and we appreciate your understanding in respecting this. If you need to reschedule please get in touch and we will do our very best to offer you a more suitable time. If an evening appointment would suit you better please drop us an email.
